T8 Fluorescent tubes are 1" in diameter and are the traditional method of lighting aquariums. All fluorescent tubes should be replaced every 6-9 months to ensure optimum light output. Older light tubes will dim over time and change in wavelength which can promote algae growth. We stock a range of T8 tubes varying in length and colour. It all depends on what look your aqua-scape will have. .
