Seachem Clarity

Seachem Clarity is the ultimate clarifier for both fresh and salt-water. It employs an advanced polymeric flocculating agent that is both reef and plant safe. Clarity is the only clarifier on the market that does it all!

Seachem Clarity will clear all types of clouding: bacterial and other biological type blooms, chemical clouding, and particulate clouding (i.e. stirred up gravel bed). When Clarity clears up bacterial clouding it helps to accelerate and enhance the colonization of the biological filter by efficiently relocating these natural bio-films to the bio-support media in the filter.

DIRECTIONS:

Use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 80 L (20 gallons). In some situations the cloudiness may increase slightly after adding Clarity, however this is normal and is a sign that Clarity is actively working. Rapid clarification will follow. In the case of chemical or particulate clouding clean filter filter floss or cartridge after tanks clears. (Note: The 2 & 4 L containers cap is 10 mL)

It is normal for flocculating agents (like Clarity) to cloud water after initial dosing. It can remain this way for a few hours, generally no more than 18 to 24 in extreme cases. If still cloudy after this time period, we recommend to change you mechanical filter media to trap the free floating debris in your aquarium that Clarity has clumped together that is causing this clouded appearance to your water column.
