Providing none of the items in your order require pallet delivery or are excluded from delivery promotions, we will give you free standard delivery to mainland UK. You can still upgrade this service if you wish to any of the options available at checkout.
Pallet deliveries are different.
For items that have to be sent by insured pallet or other special delivery, these are excluded from the standard delivery offer and instead follow a different system. Pallet deliveries are split into 2 tiers: tier 1 and tier 2. Pallet deliveries take 2-4 working days and cannot be tracked.
For pallet deliveries we will contact you to confirm the delivery address and delivery day before releasing the order.
Please note that the pallet delivery service is a drop at kerb only service, so you will need to ensure you have assistance to move the item(s) into the property. The drivers are not insured to handle goods into homes and you are required to dispose of the pallet.
Pallet Tier 1
This tier is for solo tanks and cabinets, or other solo high weight products that we can't send by a normal courier. We subsidies the majority of the true delivery cost for these items to offer the best value we can. The shipping cost for these is calculated at checkout.
Pallet Tier 2
New for 2020! We are proud to announce we now offer FREE mainland UK pallet deliveries for Pallet Tier 2. Pallet Tier 2 is for the larger full tank and cabinet sets, such as the beautiful Juwel Rio, Lido, Trigon and Vision ranges.
