If you fancy having a look at an item before you buy and live locally you can always drop into our retail store based in Peterborough - Cambridgeshire.

 

How soon can I expect my item to be delivered?

 

If its in stock and ordered before 3PM we can ship the same day for delivery to you tomorrow! (Next working day)

 

We always get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, if an item is out of stock it will display a lead time on the website.

 

We do get deliveries several times a week so your order will always be dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 working days. We are faster than most websites as we recieve new stock often and hold around 90% of products in stock at any one time.

 

We use a next working day courier company as an added extra to make sure you get your item as quickly as possible. The courier company will also email you on the day of delivery to advise a predicted delivery time - saves you waiting around all day.

 

In Stock - Means the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched!

Dispatch within 2-3 days - We are waiting on stocks of this item, if you place your order now we can usually get your order to you within the time specified - or less!

Is it safe to buy online?

With us its always safe, our security is such that customers payment details are never held so you can feel secure in buying from us.

 

If you decide you dont want your order or want to return an unused item we will always refund you!

 

For added security - payments through Paypal or via a credit card are always protected.

 

I've made an order - but I forgot to add something

 

No problem! 

 

You can either place your order online for the extra items - select collection only as a delivery method - send us an email and we will combine your order free of charge as long as it hasn't already been dispatched.

 

Or you can give us a call with your card details and we can add the item onto the order for you - with no extra delivery charge

 

Do you prices include VAT?

 

Yes, all our prices include VAT so there are no extra charges

 

Delivery also includes VAT - during the checkout process the first page of delivery charges will show excluding VAT, if you click 'continue' the next page will show you all the prices including VAT and thats when you can make you selection.

 

Its a little confusing but we are working on removing this page asap!

 

Can you send glass items and tubes?

 

Yes! All our items are guaranteed to arrive with you safely - if not we will replace them

 

You can feel confident buying glass items and aquariums from us 

 

What happens if the item I’ve order is the wrong size, model or colour?

 

Don’t panic! Simply email us and let us know. We will send a confirmation email back which you must include in your return.

 

Return the item to us as soon as possible and we will issue you a refund or send you an exchange.

 

I've found my item cheaper elsewhere

 

Tell us! We always try to price match for you.

 

Give us a call or send us an email - if possible we will adjust the price for you - we hold many items in stock so its often quicker to go through Warehouse Aquatics and our with our after sales service you can relax.

 

What can I do if I don’t have a Paypal account?

 

You don’t need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase with us, you can either enter your card details online or make a purchase through Google Checkout.

 

Either way your purchase is always secure and safe.

 

How can I track my order?

 

If you recently made an order but haven’t received it yet, why not send us an email or give us a call?

 

If you paid extra for delivery we will be able to provide you with a unique courier number which you can use to track the progress of your package online.

 

Unfortunately Royal Mail packages cannot be tracked

 

I’m looking for a specific item but I can’t find it on your website?

 

Warehouse Aquatics is still young and our staff are busy everyday putting new products onto the site at the best prices possible.
